Mustashar respects the privacy of its website visitors. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

• Project requests: name, business name, phone number, email address (optional), wilaya, and a description of the project and the features required.
• Association requests: the association's name, scope and wilaya, registration number (optional), the contact person's name, role and phone number, and a link to its page.
• Job applications: contact details, education and experience, professional links, and the uploaded CV.
• Messages: name, phone number, email address and the message text.
• Our own statistics: we count visits, pages, device type and traffic source ourselves, in aggregate form and without cookies, and we do not keep your IP address.

How we use it

We use this data solely to respond to your request, application or message, and to improve the website. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on the website's server in a protected folder that cannot be accessed from the internet, and only authorised members of the Mustashar team can view it, through a password-protected admin dashboard. A summary of a request may be sent as an internal notification to the Mustashar team (for example via Telegram or email) to speed up our response.

Retention

We keep project requests and messages for as long as we are working with you, and job applications for no more than two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

External services

When you tap the WhatsApp button or open the map, you are taken to external services (WhatsApp, Google Maps) that are governed by their own privacy policies.

Meta advertising and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel on the pages of this site. Third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information about your visit to this site and other websites, and use it to measure the results of our ads and to show you ads that match your interests. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook ad settings, or through aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or the contact form.
