Technical consulting
The right decision before the first line of code.
We started in 2016 as an IT consulting firm, and we still work with the same mindset: understand the problem first, then recommend the solution that fits your budget, your timeline and your team — even if it's simpler than you expected.
What's included
Technical consulting
Defining your needs
What must the website achieve? Who will use it? What can wait?
Choosing the solution
Landing page, store or platform? Ready-made template or custom build? We compare the options with you, clearly.
Auditing an existing site
A review of performance, mobile experience, security and search visibility, with a prioritised action list.
Free AI
Adding an AI assistant or automation at zero cost wherever possible.
Security & data
Protecting forms and dashboards, backups, and the privacy of your visitors' data.
A written plan
A clear document setting out scope, phases and priorities — to carry out with us or with anyone else.
Who is it for?
- Anyone with an idea who doesn't know where to start
- Organisations comparing several technical proposals
- Owners of slow or poorly converting websites
- Associations looking for free or low-cost solutions
How we deliver it
- 1We understand the project — We gather the goal, audience and content, and define what the website actually needs to do.
- 2We set the visual direction — We build the page structure, design system and colour palette before development begins.
- 3We design and develop — Designer, developer and project manager work side by side towards a fast, responsive build.
- 4We review and launch — We test across screens, close out feedback, then publish on our hosting or yours.
Questions about this service
Is the consultation tied to building with you?
No. You can benefit from the consultation and the written plan, then make the decision that's right for you.
Do you audit websites you didn't build?
Yes. We review any existing website and provide practical recommendations, ranked by priority.
Can AI be added without paid subscriptions?
In many cases, yes: the “Rafiq” assistant on the Al-Nidaa association's website answers from a knowledge base inside the browser at no cost, with an optional layer that uses a free key.
