A «Talent Compass»: seven questions that guide every young person to the right club
This website was built through the Mustashar Nonprofit Initiative.

The website of Jeune Génération Annaba Talent, a youth association in Annaba, built within Mustashar's non-profit initiative in a petrol-navy and gold identity taken from its emblem. It presents the four clubs, led by the MetaYouth AI Club, suggests the right club to each visitor through the «Talent Compass» quiz, and turns membership, volunteering and partnership requests into ready-made messages for WhatsApp, email or Messenger. Since October 2026 the association has published its own news and photos from an admin dashboard, on the news page and the homepage alike.
The need
A provincial youth and children's association founded in 2020, it works from the Baji Mahmoud Rida youth centre in Safsaf and has around 100 members. It won national awards in Boumerdès in 2021 and 2023, and in 2026 its idea was selected among 100 associations nationwide to create a metaverse and AI club, yet its record remained scattered across two Facebook pages, with no place to present its clubs or receive requests from young people and parents.
What we built
We designed a petrol-navy and gold identity drawn from the emblem, with Readex Pro headlines and gold buttons with navy text, across 11 pages plus a page for each of the 30 news stories. We built the «Talent Compass»: seven questions scored in the browser that end with the closest club, a percentage for each club and a sign-up link that preselects it. The membership, child registration, volunteering, partnership and contact forms compose ready-made messages for WhatsApp, email or Messenger without storing any data. The homepage spotlights the MetaYouth AI Club, alongside the achievements record, the annual events and a 172-photo gallery. In October 2026 we added a database-free PHP admin dashboard: the association publishes news, photos and videos through chunked uploads that cope with large files, decides per post whether it appears on the homepage or is pinned, and every post shows up in the «What's new» section and on its own server-rendered page.
What sets this website apart?
The Talent Compass
A seven-question quiz on interests and hobbies that recommends one of the four clubs with a percentage for each, a sign-up button that preselects the club and a share button; nothing is stored.
The MetaYouth AI Club
A dedicated section on the homepage and clubs page for the club created in 2026 with Ministry of Youth funding: AI, the metaverse and coding for ages 15–40, opened on 5 July 2026 with 30 participants accepted in its first cohort.
Four talent clubs
Metaverse & AI, Genius Child, Thought & Creativity, and Digital & IT: each club has its own colour, audience, activities, membership terms and a direct sign-up link.
Posts from the dashboard
The association posts its own news, photos and videos: they appear at the top of the news page in the «What's new» section and on the homepage when chosen, and every post has its own page ready to share on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Requests via WhatsApp
A «What suits you?» guide points to joining, registering a child or volunteering as a trainer, then the form composes a message to send by WhatsApp, email or Messenger, or to copy; the site stores nothing.
Achievements record
From green clubs to AI: two national awards in Boumerdès (2021 and 2023), then selection among 100 associations nationwide in 2026, as Annaba's only representative out of 25 participating associations in the province.
30 news stories
Activities from 2021 to 2026 drawn from the association's two Facebook pages, each on its own page with photos and key facts, filtered by nine themes including AI, the Quran, outings, environment and childhood.
Annual events
The Ramadan ceremony for Quran memorisers (6th edition in March 2026), the Edough mountain hike for National Martyrs' Day, the young-talent forum and camp, and national and religious occasions.
A 172-photo gallery
Clubs, workshops, outings and ceremonies sorted by theme in a lightbox with arrow navigation, plus a moving photo strip on the homepage.

Certificate of thanks from the association
The association thanks Mustashar for building its website free of charge and gifting it, in support of its digital journey.
