Tamkeen El Meskine Charity Association – Oran
Online aid requests and a staff dashboard by wilaya, service and status
This website was built through the Mustashar Nonprofit Initiative.

The website of Tamkeen El Meskine in Oran presents its “from need to stability” approach and its eight programmes, and takes aid requests from all 58 wilayas through a three-step form. The team follows every case in a dashboard broken down by wilaya, service and status. The site was gifted as part of Mustashar's non-profit initiative.
The need
This Oran charity wants to do more than hand out aid: it walks families towards self-reliance through education and vocational training. It needed a site that explains its identity and programmes clearly, and an organised way to see how many requests arrive, from which wilaya and for which service.
What we built
We designed a 19-page Arabic site in the association's official greens: a home-page slider, a page for each of the eight programmes and an “Our approach” page explaining the six stages of support. We built a three-step aid form – family situation, requested services, urgency – that feeds straight into a PHP dashboard. For search visibility we added JSON-LD structured data, a sitemap and a news sitemap, and server-rendered news articles.
What sets this website apart?
Three-step aid request
Applicants say whether they apply for themselves, a relative or to report someone, describe the household and services needed, and receive a reference number.
Request tracking dashboard
Key figures, a trend line and breakdowns by wilaya, service and status, filterable by period.
Eight detailed programmes
One page per programme: who it serves, what it includes, how it works and how to contribute.
Six-stage support model
The “Our approach” page walks through the journey, from identifying the need to standing on one's own feet.
Search visibility
Structured data for the NGO and its services, a sitemap and news sitemap, and server-rendered articles that search engines can index.
Give, volunteer, partner
Forms for donation pledges by programme, volunteering by area and partnerships with training centres and businesses.
Self-managed news
The association posts news with photos from the dashboard; it shows up on the home and news pages.
Mobile action bar
Fixed buttons at the bottom of the screen: call, ask for help, donate.
Dark mode
Switch between light and dark themes, remembered for each visitor.
